Your booking request
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All operation and consumption costs (water, electricity, etc.) are included in the price mentioned above.
- CHECK-IN from 14:00 till 19:00, CHECK-OUT within 09:00.
- The booking is confirmed as soon as the deposit (45% of the total rent) has reached our bank account. The deposit shall be paid via bank transfer within 7 days after the reservation date.
- The outstanding balance (60% of the total rent) shall be paid in cash or with check at the end of the stay.
- Credit cards are not accepted, balance by cash or bank transfer at your arrival.
- There will be no refund in case of an anticipated departure or a late arrival.
- If an apartment is booked for less than 5 days, the daily price (= weekly price / 7) will increase by 20%. For less than 3 days, the increase will be 30%.
- Tourism Tax: € 1,50 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 nights.
ADDITIONAL FEES
- Children between 0 and 2 years: € 150 per week inclusive baby kit (baby bed, baby tube, baby seat for the eating table and diaper-changing table). No additional fee will be charged if the maximal number of persons for the apartment will not be exceeded.
- Covered and furnished terrace of apartment Nr. 3 (Type B-Superior) from 24th of June till 02nd of September: € 120 per week.
- Second (mandatory) parking lot in the underground garage: € 70 per week.
- Small animals: € 150 per week.
- Bed linen, bath towels, tablecloths und tea towels: € 20 per person / per change.
- Freshly made bed: € 25 per person / per change.
- Bathrobe and sauna towel: € 25 per person / per change.
- Final cleaning: if you decide to leave the apartment uncleaned, the price for the final cleaning is € 100. If you leave the apartment clean and tidy (especially the kitchen, dishes, etc.), no additional fee will be charged.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be communicated promptly prior to your stay.
The deposit paid will not be refunded, unless the cancelled apartment is re-let to a third party.
