I prezzi sopra indicati includono i consumi, nonché l'uso di piscina, il primo gettone della sauna gratuito, gli altri a pagamento). Balcone arredato, giardino attrezzato con barbecue, un posto macchina in garage per ciascun appartamento e deposito sci e biciclette. Sono inoltre incluse le spese per la pulizia finale purché l'appartamento venga riconsegnato in ordine e pulito con speciale riguardo alla cucina e alla relativa attrezzatura. Qualora si desideri lasciare l'appartamento da pulire, il costo delle PULIZIE FINALI è di € 70.

La prenotazione sarà valida solo dopo il ricevimento della caparra pari al 40% del canone di affitto da versarsi tramite bonifico bancario entro 7 giorni dalla data della prenotazione. Il saldo a fine soggiorno, invece, è da pagarsi in contanti o a mezzo assegno. NO CARTE DI CREDITO.

CHECK IN dalle ore 14.00 alle ore 19.00, CHECK OUT entro le ore 09.00.

Qualora un appartamento venga occupato per un periodo inferiore ai quattro giorni, il prezzo giornaliero (pari ad un settimo di quello settimanale) subirà un aumento pari al 20%.

Non è previsto alcun rimborso in caso di partenze anticipate o arrivi posticipati.

Supplement for covered terrace in apartment Nr. 3 in the period from 23.06. to 10.09  € 90 weekly.

Included in the above-mentioned prices are the charges for heating, electricity, water, taxes, as well as use of swimming-pool, first sauna coin free, the otherones with payment), balcony with chairs and table, gym-room, washing and ironing-room. TV-SAT in each apartment and one car-place in garage far each apartment with cycle and ski deposit, equipped garden with barbecue.

The apartments must be returned clean and tidy with specially care for the kitchen and its equipment otherwise there will be an extra charge of € 70.
Caution € 100.

2nd PLACE IN GARAGE is compulsory € 70 weekly.  CLEANING : If kitchen and its equipment will not be cleaned, we ask a supplement of € 60. The reservation will be valid after forwarding a down­ payment of about 40% from the location price within 7 days.

The apartments must be quitted almost 9.00 and can be occupied beginning 14.00 within 19.00.

Anticipated departure or later arrivals can not be refunded. For a stay of less than 4 nights the daily price will be advanced of 20%.

Ein Tiefgaragenabstellplatz pro Appartement mit Fahrrad/Ski-Abstellplatz. TV-SAT im Appartement. Solarium mit Munzgeld.

Die Endreinigung des Appartements ist ebenfalls im Preis inbegriffen, wenn die Wohnung, besonders die Kuche mit der dazugehOrigen Einrichtung, in sauberem Zustand hinterlassen wird. Kaution € 100.

Bei nichtreinigung der Kuche mit Einrichtung erheben wir einen Zuschlag von € 70.  Zweiter Garagenplatz verplichtet, € 70 wochentilich
. Eigene Telefonlinie in jedem Appartement.
Die Reservierung ist nur güitig, wenn nach Bestellung eine Anzahlung von 40% des Mietpreises innerhalb von 7 Tagen geleistet wurde.

Die Ferienwohnungen müssen am Abreisetag bis spätestens 9.00 Uhr geräumt werden und konnen am Anreisetag ab 14.00 innerhalb 19.00 Uhr bezogen werden

Der Tagespreis erhält einen Aufschlag von 20% bei Aufenthalt von weniger als 4 Nächten.

Keine Rückerstattung bei verfrühter Abreise oder verspäteter Ankunft.
